Please take a moment to review our Maui Wedding Planning pricing and packages based on our most popular requested services. You can add or subtract most items to any package to customize the offerings. Please contact us right away if you expect over 25 guests and are considering a private venue. Private venues are booked well in advance, so it's best to reserve the location as soon as possible. Parking and other logistics will come into play with any beach wedding exceeding 25 guests. We require a $500 non-refundable deposit to save your date and times. $1,000 deposit for a private venue. Add 4.167% Hawaii State General Excise Tax. If you have applied and paid for your Marriage License Application online you still need to verify your ID’s with a Licensing Agent in person. Custom Wedding Packages

The packages listed above are "starting points" for your wedding planning package. Every wedding that we are involved with is a "Custom Wedding" and you can add services from any of our basic offerings so you end up with exactly the right services at exactly the right price. There is no wedding too big or too small that we can't accommodate.

Private & Restaurant Venues

Private Venues can be booked in West and South Maui locations.  Pricing ranges from approximately $700 for restaurant venues to approximately $3000-$6000 for estate venues.  Private venues are recommended for weddings exceeding 25 guests.  Restaurant venues usually require the wedding party to hold the dinner/reception at the restaurant and will have some restrictions and/or additional charges such as a cake cutting fee for any baked goods not provided by the restaurant.  Beverages must be provided by the restaurant and other additional fees may be applicable depending on the policies of the individual restaurant.

Resort Venues

All the major resorts offer in-house wedding planning services.  However, experience suggests that you'll have much more control of the environment and save a ton of money by booking a private venue versus a resort venue. Wedding ceremonies and wedding photography are not permitted on the Kaanapali Resort area beaches.

Specialty Venues

If you want something out of the ordinary (like a wedding at sea), just share your vision with us and we will take it from there.

Photographic Prints, Albums, and Digital Files

Prints and/or digital files are not included in every Planning Package and are ordered separately if not included in the Maui Wedding Planning Package. Albums designs are quoted separately. All photo galleries remain online indefinitely. There is no minimum order for prints and/or digital files.

Deposits and payments are non-refundable with the exception of those events that fall within the dates of any future travel restrictions imposed by the State.  Payment in full is required 30 days prior to the event. The State of Hawaii prohibits alcoholic beverages, archways, structures, and seating at beach weddings. Add 4.167% Hawaii State G.E.T. Gratuities not included. Additional fees may apply if specific vendors are requested on the packages above. Events taking place on a private venue require a minimum $1,000 deposit to be applied towards services ordered. Larger events or those taking place at a private venue can expect a quote for additional coordination and/or on-site coordinator fees determined by the size and scope of the event. Non-commissionable services/vendors/food items, etc, booked by our planners (not including alcohol) may be billed an additional coordination fee or service charge. Any significant changes to the event times, dates or venue (30 days or less) prior to the event will incur a service fee. Scheduled weddings take place rain or shine and no credits are offered for inclement weather. $70 Marriage License fee is paid directly to the Licensing Agent and is not included in our package pricing above.) Some popular wedding dates such at 2/22/22 carry a $500 premium charge. Many wedding vendors, including officiants, have multiple back to back events on the same day, so it’s critical that you are on time for your planned start time.
